Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- They must also be in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used grooming products or opened pet food.
- Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges
